Our Facility


	Best Friends is pleased to offer training in any weather for our students! Unlike many agility schools in the area, classes are not cancelled because of rain or cold. Our students get experience running on grass and dirt surfaces.


	The 90' x 100' agility field is large enough to set up a full-size agility course and is completely fenced. Lights illuminate the area for evening classes. A shade tent on one side is complete with misters to cool off hot summer nights. Leash clips are mounted on fence posts to tie dogs while walking the course. The thick Bermuda grass provides an excellent cushion for dogs and handlers.


	Our 4,000 sq. ft. indoor facility was constructed by Morton Buildings. It features a packed dirt floor that is a special clay/sand mixture to provide compaction and low dust. The barn features heaters, ceiling fans and misters, running water, skylights and lighting for nighttime use. Insulation in the roof cuts down on heat and the noise on a rainy night. The building is finished up with bulletin boards, leash and coat hooks, colorful agility ribbons and a vintage American flag!
